Mr. Zimmerman was born in 1977 in Long Beach, California, the son of a German- American father and first-generation Filipino mother. He served as a police officer in the United States Air Force, before attending California State University, Long Beach, where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics. After college, Mr. Zimmerman began Master's degree studies at CSULB, before entering the prestigious Loyola Law School (the alma mater of California's most successful attorneys), where he earned his Juris Doctor degree.

Mr. Zimmerman is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts and has significant litigation experience. Before entering private practice, Mr. Zimmerman worked for law firms in the areas of civil litigation and insurance defense. Mr Zimmerman is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and practices in the areas of real estate law, family law and business litigation. In his free time, Mr. Zimmerman enjoys tennis and karate.

Mr. Torices was born in 1979 in Downey, California. He attended UCLA, earning a bachelors degree in English and Spanish Literature. Mr. Torices earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School and is a licensed California attorney specializing in the areas of criminal, immigration and family law. Mr. Torices is also fluent in Spanish and acts as a translator in many important cases.
In his free time, Mr. Torices enjoys world travel and has visited many of the countries of Europe and the Americas.
